The Elips-Lab company is the official distributor of Heinz Walz GmbH products in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Manufacturer information:
Heinz Walz GmbH (Germany) is the world's oldest manufacturer of instruments for studying plants and a recognized world leader.
Walz's product range includes pulsed fluorimeters for studying chlorophyll fluorescence and systems for measuring plant gas exchange.
The Walz company was founded in 1972 by Professor Heinz Walz. At that time, the company was mainly engaged in the development of gas exchange measurement systems based on technologies that were created by famous scientists from German universities.
In 1985, Walz introduced the first commercial fluorimeter, the PAM-101, developed in collaboration with Dr. Ulrich Schreiber of the University of Wurzburg.
In 1991, the first portable Walz fluorimeter was created, and in 1998, two new models of highly sensitive fluorimeters were created for monitoring microscopic algae in natural waters, land sources, and in particularly difficult tropical and arctic conditions.
Walz continues to actively develop, improving its instruments and releasing new models of fluorimeters for measuring chlorophyll fluorescence.
Walz regularly launches unique developments into mass production.
For example, in 2016, the Walz company began working in the field of three-dimensional phenotyping, presenting a 3D model of the IMAGING-PAM fluorimeter with an imaging function, already beloved by scientists.
Walz now has a large selection of pulsed PAM fluorimeters, as well as systems for measuring plant gas exchange, PAR light level sensors and signal recorders for them, and other equipment for studying photosynthesis.
